Custom wheels

Wheels are forged to your specification, so they are custom goods. Under Taiwan’s rules on distance sales, custom goods made to the buyer’s request are not covered by the seven-day cancellation period.

You can cancel free of charge until production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If a wheel arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed specification, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair or replace it at our cost.

Lifestyle products

You can return lifestyle products within 7 days of delivery without giving a reason. Items must be unused and returned with their original packaging.

Email us to start a return. Once we receive and check the item, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return shipping

For a change of mind, return shipping is paid by the customer. For damaged or incorrect items, we pay the return shipping.
